Dear Dr. Zaafran,

Thank you for your efforts to promote public health and safety in the great State of Texas, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A strong patient/doctor relationship is the foundation of quality health care. As our state grapples with the challenges of the pandemic, I want to be sure we are protecting and preserving the trust between doctors and their patients and allowing our state's physicians to use their knowledge, training, and experience to best meet the needs of their patients.

To that end, I am requesting the following:

1) Dissolve ongoing investigations of doctors for alleged violations of executive orders that have been rescinded or superseded by the Governor. I have heard from doctors who are currently under investigation for alleged breaches of executive orders that are no longer in effect because those executive orders are not considered necessary, yet these doctors must continue to expend their valuable time and resources to defend themselves and endure the stress and uncertainty of the pending investigations. Certainly there are better uses of the Board's resources than continued pursuit of alleged violations of now obsolete executive orders.

2) Issue a public statement affirming that Texas doctors have the freedom to prescribe drugs that in their professional judgment have potential for treating COVID-19, including “H.” Across the country the number of doctors and medical professionals supporting the use of “H” (and other FDA-approved drugs and nutraceuticals) for early stage treatment and prevention of this virus is growing. Yet many doctors express fear of losing their medical licenses if they prescribe FDA approved drugs like “H” for COVID-19 treatment. I request that you issue a very clear public statement to Texas doctors that they need not fear retribution, but will instead be supported in their medical practice regarding their prescription of safe medications such as “H.”

Our state's medical community leads in research, practice, and innovation. It is critically important to preserve and protect the doctor/patient relationship from governmental interference. I implore you to implement these requests immediately.

We needed a hospital bed for downstairs while I was recovering from hip surgery. Primo reps were out delivering that day, professional and practicing all covid 19 safety precautions. We also appreciated how careful the tech was putting up and taking down the bed so as not to scratch our wood floors. I will need my other hip replaced in a few months and we'll be giving Primo a call!

I absolutely love this store. My favorite thing about it is the knowledgeable staff. I always get what I need and learn something extra at the same time. Everyone who works there is AWESOME and super motivated to help out anytime you enter. Love love love this store. Got a few masks and sanitizers. Masks are washable, protective, comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend these. My go to place from now :)

Bought reusable face mask and gloves. They are really good. They are better than the disposable masks as they have three layers and can be washed and reused. I feel it’s high in quality and feel they have used medical grade cloth to make. Good value for money.

Super convenient. I've bought disinfectant cleaning wipes, which is efficient for disinfecting any area of your home but especially those areas that are most frequently touched. These are perfect for times like this, when we need to be very conscious about disinfecting our living space in light of COVID-19.

I had a great experience with Primo Medical Supplies! They provided me with an excellent wheelchair for my every day use that is more than I could've asked for. I think they are the best wheelchair providers in Texas area. Everyone was really nice to work with and the wheelchair technicians are also very responsive and helpful. I am using disinfectant cleaning wipes and spray for quite a long time. I've also bought some face masks for me and my family. I really like the fact that it’s soft on my skin and not too harsh. I think it’s quite reasonable when compared to others. I would love buying again.

I ordered an adjustable bed for my mom. Primo Medical was the least expensive but adding the "extras" can seem like being nickeled and dimed. The delivery was a bit steep in my opinion. Nevertheless, the service from Jessie was wonderful, who delivered and installed quickly. The bed worked great and was easy to operate. Steve responded to inquires and the deposit was refunded promptly.

A Family member of ours bought a Hospital Bed for my Aunt online to save few hundred dollars. Starting from the initial bed delivery, some parts were missing and damaged and it took longer to receive which was a complete hassle. So, I choose to shop local and came across this medical supply store in San Antonio. Went to few medical dealers and finally choose to go with the Primo Medical Supplies Store. The process of buying the bed was so simple and the whole process was hassle free. We love the electric hospital bed we got with the therapeutic mattress and upgraded Assist rails (the assist rails are different from the standard bed rails as these can be positioned in 3 different ways) that is what we liked about it. This is the best medical supplies store in San Antonio so far for my family. We rented a medical recliner and the hospital bed for my dad. It eased him and us at home after he came back from the hospital. We also got some compression socks for his as well. They have a lot more medical equipment and its near by as well.

They had the wound pouches that we could not find at 8 other places and was open on Saturdays when most places are closed on the weekend. I was totally grateful for friendly service and variety of supplies!

My father in law has been needing a new sleep apnea machine as he has been using one for few years now. we went to Primo Medical Supplies and they had few models to pick from. we got the Philips Respironics Dream Station APAP Machine with heated house and a Resmed Nasal Mask along with some reusable and disposable filters. Alcohol free wipes to disinfect the mask well. Totally satisfied with purchase and would recommend them family and friends for sure. Coming back for recurring suppliers for the CPAP mask and tubing.

I bought a Philips Respironics Dreamstation go auto cpap which is very small and compact and easy to travel. The staff was very friendly and helped me throughout the way. I am definitely coming back and I would encourage friends and family to visit this place.

We rented the bed, the guy responded quickly and delivered the bed and set it up immediately. Now I feel comfortable and got right what I expected to ease my pain. I was so pleased by their service, they were quick and prompt. I would definitely recommend this place.

I bought a sleep apnea machine at primo medical. I got one through my insurance few years ago and my bipap machine finally gave up. When I contacted my health insurance they asked me to get a new sleep study done which is insane and ridiculous. I have been using this machine for a lot of years now. I have not met my deductible and it was expensive going through my health insurance, so I choose to purchase it out of pocket rather than going through my insurance and staying away from my sleep. The service was prompt and got what I needed right away. These guys are lifesavers, I should rather say sleepsavers instead.;)

Vistied San Antonio with my family and a family member lost their cpap machine in transit. We were in dire need of it. We started making calls around and we got a +ve response from the primos. They have explained us the process and we have provided them with the Documents required. We got the sleep apnea machine right away along with the respironics full face mask and tubing. Lift chair is what we needed. We went to the store and bought a golden technologies lift chair. We also bought a cold therapy machine as well.

An elderly family member needed a hospital bed immediately. We had so many questions and were simply distraught and overwhelmed. Steve was calm and patient while several of us decided on options over the phone with him. They delivered and assembled the bed the next morning. We have rented a fully electric hospital bed with an upgraded mattress along with full bed rails along with few other medical supplies. P.S Also bought some sheets for the mattress along with vinyl protector as my dad was incontinent. We got the electric patient lift along with full body sling with commode opening. The service was swift and we were very happy with the service and the medical equipment provided. My go to store from now on.

Moved my parents into a assisted living place on huebner and we needed couple of hospital beds. So went to primos and got it delivered right away with 2 of their best hospital bed mattresses with an up charge. Also bought a 3 in 1 commode with drop arm and wheelchair as well. We were shopping for a portable oxygen concentrator for few months and finally made a move to get the respironics simply go mini portable oxygen machine. We were debating whether to get a Inogen G3 Portable concentrator or this one. But we choose to go with the simply go machine as my dad was used to using a respironics everflo oxygen concentrator at home. My dad was having a hard time to get the oxygen tanks so we just bought this unit which would offer him a lot of freedom and does not have to worry about the oxygen running out. Primo medical was wonderful with the process and gave us a lot of insight on the equipment. This place has a lot of medical supplies which are very handy.

The staff here is top notch! I was traveling with my father and he has a medical condition that requires a C-PAP machine. He packed all the equipment except for one thing....the water chamber. When we noticed that he did not pack it we started to panic knowing he would not be able to enjoy his vacation since he needs the machine to sleep. Looking on amazon they couldn’t deliver it until days later and there were no stores in our proximity which sold the water chamber. The clock is ticking at the time it was 5:50 yet this place closes at 6:00 and our hotel is over 25 mins away. Instead of saying sorry we are closed can you come tomorrow morning they were very considerate and stayed open just so we could get the component. Customer service at its finest! I could not have been more pleased. After getting the runaround from LinCare about replacing my dead BiPap, Steve provided me with a replacement the very same day that I inquired. He set it up, showed me how to operate it, sold me some additional filter supplies -- and he gave me every bit of his attention for as long as it took, as if I were the most important customer he had ever had.

I was in San Antonio visiting my friends. My uncle is a COPD patient and he uses a continuous pulse oximeter machine which monitors his oxygen saturation levels at night.( He uses a cpap machine along with his oxygen concentrator). His machine stopped working and was out of warranty. Then we started to look around for this and couldn’t find a place who had it in store. We were lucky to find Primo medical who had this unit in stock and we also bought travel compression stockings. This company is a life saver, I rather should say sleep saver ;p. We got the device we needed and were happy with our purchase made. :)

I was visiting from out of town a week ago and after discussing my needs for an oxygen concentrator, I was able to have it delivered right to my hotel where I was staying. Sure enough when I arrived, it was there. The Concentrator worked great! After my visit was done, all I needed to do was inform the company that I was done and they did all the rest. Respironics Dream station cpap machine is what I got from primo medical supplies. Bought a memory foam full face mask with heated tubing and heated humidifier. I have used it for few days now and I am liking it. I feel energized and much better after using the cpap machine. They have many more cpap supplies and other medical equipment as well.

A family member of mine was getting discharged from the Huebner Creek Rehab after few months of rehabilitation. They were ready to go back home after getting better on their health condition. We needed few equipment right away before getting home.

My better half recently has been discharged from the warm springs rehabilitation center and we needed a few medical equipment as she was getting discharged. We bought the light weight wheelchair with elevated leg rest as she has to keep her leg at an angle. Rented a hospital bed with nice firm therapeutic mattress along with bed rails. We also needed a sit to stand assist to help her. We also got an electric sit to stand assist with a sling which is very easy to use than the manual ones. Overall very happy with the purchases and rental made at this store. They had everything we needed and delivered them promptly.

I being a person dependent on oxygen need to carry my Portable Oxygen machine everywhere I go. After few years my battery operated oxygen machine gave up on me. So I have contacted Primo Medical and I had to take in the unit. They gave me a timeline to inspect the machine and once I authorize it the unit would be repaired. I needed a unit while the repair was being done on my machine. So, I have rented the unit from them. They called me back with the pricing and offered a 90 day warranty on the repair which I felt was good. Now I am using my unit which is working the same way as it needs to. Best medical supply store I have been to in san antonio. Bought couple of pairs of compression stockings for travel purpose. Also bought a bath chair and walker with wheels for my uncle. They have a good selection of medical supplies in stock as well.

I am a frequent buyer of colostomy supplies. I buy the Hollister 8331 bags along with hollister adhesive remover wipes, Convatec eakin rings and the stoma powder once in a while. They have a lot of other medical devices , stockings, jevity and so on. If I start writing about the supplies then it's going to be the whole page. I once also bought a bath chair as well which is still sturdy and good.

Cpap machine is what I needed with the mask and supplies. Needed it right away and most of the medical supply stores said they have to order it but primo medical had these in stock. Bought a philips respironics dream station apap machine along with resmed airtouch f20 full face mask. I love the mask as it has a memory foam interface on it. I also found some cool stuff here. I bought myself a backjoy massager handle. I like it too. I thank for all the help the staff provided me at the store. Will definitely come back!!!

We purchased an Inogen G3 oxygen concentrator machine along with a 16 cell battery for the machine. The machine was in superb condition and worked very well. There were extra nasal cannulas included as well. This store was recommended by my cousin due to the efficiency of Primo's services.

Got a resmed bilevel machine for apnea. Called a few stores around and most of the stores said they would have to order it. When called primo they asked for a prescription. Once we have faxed the prescription they called us right away stating they have the bipap machine in stock. We went to the store and they have given us an in service on how to use the machine and maintain it. Also bought the resmed sleep apnea mask, along with some extra filters for the machine along with cleaning wipes for the mask. Thank you guys for having all the equipment and supplies in stock. My mom uses an oxygen tank and she lives by herself. It's getting very hard for her to go around with those huge tanks. So I have done some research and wanted to get her a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) so she would get her freedom back to go around. I went to primo medical and I asked them if they offered payment plan for the purchase and they did. We made a down payment and got the Inogen G3 machine. She likes it very much and it has given her an ease to travel with. Our family appreciates your service from the bottom of the heart. They have a lot more medical equipment than the other stores I have visited in San Antonio.

Needed to renew my medical card for the DOT and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea..ufffff. I needed a cpap machine and need to show my usage to get my CDL renewed . I called a few DME stores in san antonio and found it at Primo Medical. Bought a full face mask and steve was very helpful. The machine would generate the compliance reports which I needed on a regular basis. Nice store with a lot of cool stuff. Got some extra cpap filters along with some cleaning wipes for the mask. My dad was moving into Brookdale assisted living place and he needed a medical bed. We purchased a hospital bed along with a nice mattress and medical bed rails. We also liked the bedside table and we purchased one as well as it would be helpful for him to have food at his bed. We have also placed a recurring order for the bed pads and adult briefs which would make our life's easier. So every month on the 14th primo medical would deliver the supplies to the assisted living place. This place has a nicer selection of several products. I recommended this medical supply store to the assisted living place if any of their new patients or existing patients are needing a medical supply store locally.

My husband went by here to get me a soft cervical collar that I have to wear at home after my cervical spine surgery. He unfortunately picked up the wrong one. I have a very small neck. We were looking for a medical supply store who have medical equipment in stock and who can deliver the same day. So I asked my best friend "Google" about it and it found me what we needed. We have come across "Primo Medical Store". We got a fully electric hospital bed with an upgraded therapeutic mattress and half bed rails. We also got the wheelchair, pvc shower chair, adult briefs and reusable underpads. They have a showroom where we just stepped and got all the supplies we needed. I havent met my deductible for a cpap machine through the insurance. My insurance said i would have to pay about $2,200 to get a sleep apnea machine along with the mask. I found primo medical who is offering the machine for a much lesser price. Looked at resmed airsense 10, respironics dream station, fisher paykel icon automatic machine. Choose to go with resmed airsense 10 apap and got the mirage quattro full face mask along with additonal cpap filters and cpap wipes. Overall a good experience at primo medical supplies. We were visiting San Antonio for a few days and we needed some medical supplies. We rented electric scooter, portable oxygen concentrator and bought a 3 in 1 commode as they can only be purchased. The service was very prompt and technician has taken his time to go through all the questions we had. Full Electric Hospital Bed 10/10 qualitatively superior bed and very sturdy.
Medical Therapeautic Mattress 11/10 because we liked it lot. This is kind of similar to a low air loss mattress with no air pump and electricity required.
Assist Bed Rail 10/10 the good thing with this rail is that you can position this into 3 different set of positions which is unusual for a bed rail.
Also got some fitted sheets and a vinyl protector for the mattress as well.
Activox portable oxygen concentrator - 10/10 compared to the inogen, invacare and other portable concentrators his one has a better battery life.

Needed a hospital bed, wheelchair and commode for my dad who was coming out from the hospital. He has medicare and we were waiting on it for couple of weeks and he badly needed these medical equipment. We made several calls to lincare but they never answer the phone and get back. We were fed up with it and made couple of calls to this medical supply place to get what we needed. We decided to private pay for the medical products. The first call was for inquiring about the availability of the products and the second call was for placing the order. Everything was done with very ease. Bought the fully electric bed with upgraded hospital bed mattress with assist bed rails. P.S they also sell the linens and vinyl protector for the mattress which is very handy for us as my dad is incontinent. Mark was the delivery technician he was nice and polite. The bed was set up where we wanted. The wheelchair was nice with anti-tippers on it. We bought a padded drop arm commode which was nice as well along with some disposable commode liners and gloves. I have just made a call to primo medical. They are not open due to the inclement weather but the guy who answered the call was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient as well. We called a few places as well all we were told was that they were closed and call them back when they are back open. We needed a supplier for our oxygen needs. We headed to primo medical for it with our past experience. We bought a home oxygen concentrator and a battery operated oxygen concentrator. We loooked at few models and got the activox portable machine. They also had a collection of lift chairs as well. We weren’t planning to get it but after we looked at it we thought it would be beneficial for my parents as my dad is a copd patient and also has a hard time getting up and this chairs completes his needs. Read a lot of +ve reviews on primo medical supply website brought me down to their store. Bought a nice medical bed with the upgraded mattress along with the best bed rails. I thank steve for helping me to choose on the bed rail because they had basic bed rail and assist bed rail. Steve explained me clearly the difference between these two. The assist bed rail is more but it is worth it. Assist bed rail can be adjusted into 3 different positions which is very handy for my elderly parent to get in and out of the bed.

Secondly, also got the activox portable oxygen concentrator as the internal battery on the unit almost lats 8 hours along with soft nasal cannula.

After reading all the reviews on primo medical supplies finally went to the store to look at their different medical bed mattress and lift chairs. We got the fully electric hospital bed with a 8 year warranty therapeutic mattress.We got it because the mattress was firm. One other thing I would like to emphasize is that in the store they only display the basic half bed rails but ask them about the assist rails. Assist rails are much better and sturdy than the basic rails. Assist rail can be adjusted into 3 different positions which is nice. We also bought the zero gravity lift chair from pride technologies. Overall these are good medical equipment and service!

Dad was discharged from the rehab and we needed a few medical supplies. We got medical bed, wheelchair, shower chair with commode opening and wheels the pvc kind. We had steps in front of the house it is difficult for my mom to take my dad in and out with the wheelchair so we went ahead and bought a single-fold ramp as well. Needed a swiveling and sliding transfer bench which would make it easy on my dad when stepping in and out of the bath tub. We were in the market for a rubber threshold ramp which was 3 inches thick. I wanted to purchase locally than buying it online. So made some trips and have comes across this product at primo medical store. We got the rubber ramp along with a lift chair as well. I would say that I am a pro in sleep apnea ;p as I have been using the cpap machine for about 25 years. I bought my last cpap machine online and I had issues with it in an year or so. So I had to send the unit back and they took a while to get it fixed. I had terrifying nights without the machine. So I choose to buy this apap machine locally. After my research I choose primo medical supply. I bought two sleep apnea machines along with so clean 2 machine to sanitize my cpap machines. I have been going through stages of COPD. Initially I was using a oxygen concentrator at nights only and now I need to use it sometimes in the day as well. I searched for medical supplies in san antonio texas and then made a list of medical supply stores in san antonio to get a portable oxygen concentrator. I looked at the Inogen , airsep , activox , philips respironics simply go, oxilife independence, invacare platinum portable oxygen machines after reviewing the pros and cons. I have decided to go with the activox portable oxygen concentrator as it's battery life is comparatively better the rest of them. I also bought an extended warranty on the sieve beds and the internal battery. Usually the machine comes with 3 year warranty on the machine , 1 year warranty on the internal battery and 1 year warranty on sieve beds. So I upgraded my warranty on the battery and the sieve beds for an extra cost. Steve was very patient with us through out the process and have answered all my questions. I felt like I bought the best oxygen concentrator in the market. Now traveling with oxygen is very easy. If you don't know where to buy oxygen concentrator ? I would recommend primo medical equipment supply store because they had all the portable oxygen concentrators machines in stock. We were looking for a lift for my dad. I spoke to a young man on the phone and told him what we needed and why. He told me he has several different items that might help my family move my aged dad from bed to chair, chair to bath and so forth. On my arrival at PRIMO I was mt by a very well versed and intuitive young man who listened to what my needs.were then proceeded to give me options. All of this with no hard sell, up sell or pressure of any kind. We ended up with a beautiful "gently used""HOYER" lift with two slings. One that my dad could sit on while in his wheel chair and another for bathing. He explained how to use the lift as I wanted to take the lift home with me. As he was explaining he informed me that my dad would be most comfortable in s semi sitting position as I described him as a "pusher" (stiff and moves contrary to what his brain tells him) He asked my how many people would be available to move my dad. When I told him "one", he told me that I should consider a different option like a transfer board (much cheaper than a lift) as my dad would probably slide off the chair when we tried to move hiim. I asked him if there were another way to use the lift. He showed me a reclining wheelchair that had removable side arms. This solved my problem. Now even my 81 year old mom can lift my dad, put him in a wheelchair or a bath chair and transfer him back to bed ALL BY HERSELF!!!! The products are all high quality and have changed all of our lives for the better. We came back and bought a cushion for my dad's chair. I highly recommwnd PRIMO MEDICAL. I won't go anywhere else.

My mom is a COPD patient and is on oxygen for most of the time. She has a home oxygen concentrator machine and uses the tanks when she goes out. It is cumbersome for her to handle the tanks by herself and these oxygen tanks don't give her the freedom to go any place on her own. So I have been researching on this portable oxygen concentrators for a while. I wanted to make sure she would like it so I have rented the Invacare Platinum Portable Oxygen machine for a week and Inogen G4 POC for a week. The Inogen oxygen machine was light in weight which weighs about 3 lbs approximately but goes until 3 liters per minute. Where as the Invacare oxygen concentrator weighs until more but it goes until 4 lpm. The invacare oxygen concentrator has the batteries on the top of the machine which she liked the most and the unit she uses at home is also a invacare perfect o2 concentrator. So she choose to go with the invacare platinum portable machine. I am glad that I have rented the oxygen machine before I have bought it. Primo Medical Supply did a good job in educating us with this POC units. I have also bought a knee brace for my self and I liked it as well.

Got a invacare therapeutic mattress which had 7 or 8 year warranty i guess... god forbid but i am not sure if my dad would last that long. bought a platinum invacare portable oxygen concentrator along with extra batterys. they showed us airsep focus which only had 2 lpm fixed flowrate, inogen g4 as well but we choose to go with the invacare concentrator as we were using the invacare perfect o2 concentrator at home for a long time. we bought a halo safety ring rail for the hospital bed. nice place and the guy showing us had good knowledge on these medical equipments.

I bought the taylor percussion hammer, babinski telescoping reflex hammer,ekg aliper, gniometer, medimeter, cardiometer, tuning fork,kelly forceps,dissection kit, standard pocket otoscope, penlight,infrared thermometer and traditional home blood pressure set, pulse oximeter and the littmann master cardiology stethoscope .The reason for this review is because i couldn't find all of these medical supplies at one store in san antonio. Primo medical store had all of these supplies in stock. They have different models on the littmann stethoscopes. I bought some scrubs as well which i wasn't planning on buying though. I bought my new portable cpap machine at this cpap supply store in San Antonio. I bought my old cpap which is resmed airsense 10 from an online store and it was under warranty but I had to send it back and it took a few days for the cpap to be fixed. I had torrid nights sleeping without my cpap machine. I was annoyed with them. A friend of mine then referred me to primo medical supplies he said he had an issue with his fisher paykel cpap machine. Then he took his cpap machine to them and they have provided him with a alternative cpap machine for no additional charge until his machine has been fixed. That was so nice of them, he said. I bought a new Inogen G4 portable oxygen concentrator this oxygen supply store in San Antonio. I have also looked at several other pocs such as the invacare platinum, simply go by respironics, oxlife independence concentrator, airsep focus. They also have the older version of Inogen G3 concentrator with a 5 year warranty but I chose to go with the newer version. This medical supply store is closer to my house. I asked them why should I buy it at your store? Then the gentleman smiled at me and said we have a 24 hour emergency line in case anything goes wrong with the unit we shall provide you a loaner until your unit is being fixed. Where as the online stores wouldn't provide that service. I liked the answer so I went ahead and bought the portable oxygen concentrator with an extra battery. We have been to a lot of medical supply stores in the San Antonio area as we have elderly parents at our place. Primo medical supplies is a one the best medical supply place I have been to so far. The gentleman upfront was so informative. We have bought an Invacare Full Electric Low hospital bed and a golden technologies zero gravity lift chair. We wanted to see the hospital bed before we have purchased one but none of the medical equipment supply places had one on display, but primo medical has the bed in display and the functions were demonstrated as well. The bed had a 5 year warranty on it and we got a low electric bed because my mom was only 5'1" and this would have low clearance to the ground and that would make it easier for my mom to get out of the bed. We have upgraded to a therapeutic egg crate mattress as we felt that was more comfortable than a regular innerspring mattress. This mattress also has a 5 year warranty on it. We also got the half rails for the bed as well. We bought the daydreamer lift chair which is a zero gravity chair. My dad is a COPD patient and this lift chair has an adjustable pillow on it which was really a cool thing in my aspect.

We were also interested in bathroom rails, wheelchair cushions and some safety products but we had spent a lot than we have anticipated for, so we would make a trip back in the next few days to get more medical products from them. They were very friendly and have given us a lot of insight on the medical products we needed. We would definitely use this dme company in the future again as well. The only reason why we did this review because our friends who recommended us this place said that they initially had a bad time with a medical supply company before so we thought it would be helpful for others who are in need of medical supply products for there family. We bought a threshold ramp and the portable wheelchair ramp at this place. They had all kinds of gadgets and accessories at this medical supply place. My parents stay together and it would be hard for my mom to take my dad into the house without any ramps. We had 5" rise so we bought a 5 inch threshold ramp. My wife injured her leg and she wasn't able to walk and we needed a wheelchair with an elevated leg rest so she can keep her leg elevated. So we have rented a wheelchair from this medical equipment place for a few days. When the doctor said she can start walking little by little then we approached this medical supply company again and they had couple of alternatives which is a knee walker and iwalk 2.0 (similar to the crutch). So we have rented knee walker for a few days and also bought an iwalk as my wife had to climb the stairs. The knee walker was good when she had to walk long distances. The iwalk 2.0 crutch was very helpful with stairs. Finally after few months when she was getting better and the doc suggested a walking boot and this place also had the walking boots which is also known as a cam walker. The price quoted at the doc's office was much more higher than they had. This is a one stop shop for medical equipment rental and purchases. I would definitely recommend primo medical supplies to everyone.

Portable Oxygen concentrators are hard to find in san antonio. I came across this medical equipment rental place last year when i had a family emergency. I had to rent a portable oxygen concentrator as my oxygen saturation levels are not good at higher altitudes. I constantly monitor it using a finger pulse oximeter which is very handy. Anyways, i had rented the portable oxygen concentrator from this medical supply store a few times now. It is very easy to use and light weight. I had rented the Inogen G2, Inogen G3 , simply go by respironics and oxilife independence portable concentrators for my trips. I liked the Inogen G3 as it is easy to carry around. The Oxilife independence and simply go concentrators do continuos flow and pluse flow. Initially , i needed one with continuous flow rate so i had to rent those but now all i need is a pulse flow. I had a hard time initially when i had to research on the portable oxygen concentrators. So, i am also posting the pictures that i have, so that way it would be helpful for familys and users who are new to oxygen. One last thing they also had airsep focus concentrator it was very compact but can only do 2 liters pulse i.e was not suitable to me. Hope my review helps the familys and users of the oxygen machines.

Oakdell told me that primo has a larger collection of ostomy supplies than they do in stock, which was true. I have been using them for an year now. I wish primo medical supplies was near to my house.

I was expecting much bigger storefront when i actually walked in, looks can ve deceiving . They had couple of warehouses in the same building and had wide range of rollators and lift chairs in stock. I bought a lightweight rollator from medline which was great for my dad. They had golden lift chairs as well. I bought the lift chair with an adjustable pillow on it which is quite helpful for COPD patients. My dad loves his new recliner lift chair ( maxi comforter series the day dreamer pillow with the handmade leather) on it. I would finally say don't judge the store by its looks, ask them what you need . The customer service was great as well. This is a nice small medical supply store in san antonio. We were skeptical looking at the store because they had a small store front, but they had couple of different warehouses in the same building with a lot of different medical equipments available. We have seen a lot of different lift chairs with different features and have bought the golden lift chair in the maxi comforter series. My dad really liked it. They had invacare and drive medical beds which have a five year warranty. We liked the invacare bed and got it due to its look on the headboard and footboard. We also looked at different hospital bed mattresses available. Don't judge this store by its store front;). Thank you primo for taking care of us. I needed a lift chair as I am home recovering from a tibia fracture surgery. I needed one for about a month or so. Primo fit my needs perfectly and I enjoyed everything about their service. I first want to say that this company was the only provider to ask the basic question of what is my height/weight, so they could source the right chair. The seem to have a large enough inventory to quickly get the right sized chair, rather than just send whatever was in supply. I secondly was very pleased that they delivered the chair the same day I called in the order. Finally, the delivery team delivered the team at EXACTLY the time estimated (within 5 minutes). The delivery team was very friendly and spent the time to place the chair where desired and train me on its use. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Most of the Medical Supply places we have been too always wanted to fill in the pockets with wealth all the time. I was expecting the same thing up here when i was visiting this place, but i was wrong. We were provided the pro's and con's for the medical supplies we needed. This place has a wide variety of Bed Rails for Home Care Beds. We had a lot of options to choose from, which was great usually doesn't happen alot. We bought some Reusable Underpads as well at a good price. This place also does the price match on certain products and we were able to buy some XXL adult diapers.Overall, Steve spared us alot of time for showing us all the different products they had, which would have aid us.
